As part of our Financial Services team, you provide strategy advice to customers aimed at maximizing their effectiveness and performance. You and your colleagues help them transform into high performance organizations whose teams experiment and improve continuously. In addition, to ultimately achieve the best results, you support customers in using Lean Startup or an agile approach, for example.

Our team

Our Financial Services team has an informal culture with an emphasis on openness, mutual trust and having easy access to colleagues. We all understand the behaviors, processes and rules used by our customers to force change. Team members are not afraid to ask critical questions and every one of us has a down-to-earth, results-focused personality. As a result, we work well and precisely together to win, implement and deliver new projects.

What we do

Our Financial Services team helps customers in the financial services sector reduce costs and risks while increasing revenue. We do so by combining our industry-specific knowledge with our technological insight.

Our consulting is focused on helping our customers get the most out of their IT — now and in the future — by developing and implementing effective digital strategies. We work with our customers to create a roadmap aimed at enabling a fast and effective transition while anticipating and responding to threats and opportunities.

Creating an impact for customers

Every customer and project is different and requires a different approach, time and again.

We accelerated the implementation of information security controls at SPF Beheer so that it could demonstrate compliance with the requirements of DNB’s Information Security Assessment Framework. We were able to contribute to the results of the project by providing the project design and the necessary knowledge of controls as well as by taking the lead in work packages. We did all this in close collaboration with the various other parties involved.

We helped Syntrus Achmea’s real estate division operationalize its business strategy and professionalize its operations by developing a digital strategy and laying the preparatory ground for its digital transformation. The result was a solid and in-depth financial business case with a structural elaboration of both the costs and revenues of the envisaged transformation.
