Creating a connection between people, processes and technology

As part of the Technology & Platforms team, you advise customers on the various software platforms available and support them in the implementation of the platform of their choice. Together with your colleagues, you work with Atlassian, Celonis and ServiceNow to deliver more value to customers so they can work faster and better, and reduce costs.

Our team

The Technology & Platforms team consists of technical consultants, business consultants, management consultants, and architects. We are a team with an informal culture; we have short lines of communication, an open atmosphere and no hierarchy. Our team members are solution-focused and critical people (in a good way), whom you can always approach to discuss a particular issue, ask for an expert opinion or just have a nice chat. We organize several events every month that focus on knowledge sharing, personal development and being together.

What we do

Our business consultants explore customers’ needs and advise them on best-fit solutions in the areas of organization, processes and technology. In turn, with input from the business consultants, our technical consultants set up the platforms customers will work with. Our technology consultants also come up with creative solutions to problems brought to them. Our management consultants advise customers on their service management and initiate improvements to it, with the focus on the customer at all times. We almost always execute projects together and collaboration is key. After completion, the solution can be transferred to Eraneos’ operations team.

Creating an impact for customers

Every customer and project is different and requires a different approach, time and again.

For a.s.r., we replaced their current service management solution and improved their service processes so that end users could be served faster and better. By using a single source, staff are helped more quickly with orders and when incidents occur, and they are better informed regarding progress.

For de Volksbank, we drafted and implemented a future-proof, cost-efficient and scalable method for using and managing Atlassian tools, which was in line with the bank’s ambition to become cloud-native. We helped the bank standardize its ways of working, enabling it to become more agile at scale, supported by a future-proof cloud solution.
