As the Project Management Officer (CFO Office Support) you will combine project management officer (PMO) tasks with executive support for the CFO, giving you the chance to grow in a hands-on, dynamic, and international environment.
CFO Office Support (70%) & Executive Support to CFO (30%)
Support the Project Management Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives, project documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, briefings, and progress updates for senior leadership and CFO-led meetings.
Follow up on key decisions and action points with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Manage the CFO’s complex calendar, coordinate high-priority meetings, and handle business travel and logistics.
Ensure the smooth processing of legal and corporate documents, while acting as a discreet and professional gatekeeper.
Highly flexible and accustomed to a dynamic working environment;

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
3-5 years in a PA, PMO, or project coordination role; experience supporting C-level executives is a strong plus.
Proficiency with project management methods and tools.
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (required).
