As part of our Sourcing & IT Advisory team, you advise organizations on defining a strategy to guide them through their digital transformation. Together with your colleagues, you closely examine our customers’ challenges and goals, and design the right strategy, organization and governance to meet them. You work with customers to deliver the best result, taking a deep dive into where they are and where they want to be.

Our team

Our team members have diverse backgrounds and skill sets. This enables us to tackle a broad spectrum of questions and challenges for our customers. We look for the combination of colleagues that will not only help our customers the best, but will also allow us to keep learning and growing ourselves.

Our team believes it is important (and fun) to challenge themselves, the industry and our customers. Collaboration is key because we know we can make the greatest impact together. Colleagues are always ready to lend a hand with their added knowledge and experience, so you are never alone. Whether it’s about proposing new ways of working or organizing knowledge sessions: personal initiative is appreciated and rewarded.

We regularly organize team sessions and have an annual 2-day professional meeting. In these sessions, we inform each other about the internal organization, our customers and the further development of our propositions. Being together is key: good collaboration comes from knowing each other well and having good relationships with one another.

How we work

We help our customers weigh the pros and cons of public cloud, insourcing versus outsourcing and choosing a new application platform. The setup of their IT organization itself also plays an important role: which tasks will the customer continue to do itself, how will we organize the governance of IT services and suppliers, and how will governance be performed?

We take organizations through the scenarios and help them make the best choice. We start the strategy phase by sharing the latest trends, research findings and Eraneos’ best practices so that customers get a clear picture of what is happening on the market as well as what is possible. You may also be involved in the realization of the chosen strategy, i.e., the selection of platforms and new suppliers or the transformation of the organization itself.

Creating an impact for customers

Every customer and project is different and requires a different approach.

We helped Sanquin Plasma Products (SPP) make its IT activities independent of its parent company. SPP was a subsidiary of Sanquin Blood Supply Foundation until its carve-out in early 2021. In order to set up a new future-proof IT environment for SPP, we drew up an extensive transition plan. We helped SPP carry out procurement tendering and the supplier sourcing process. Using a lean and mean approach, all new tenders were completed within a record time of eight months.

We also supported a large financial organization in the development and implementation of a new IT sourcing strategy and the selection of a strategic partner for the transformation to a global workplace concept and a cloud brokerage model. In doing so, we were also able to achieve a structural reduction in IT run costs.

We are helping a large government executive agency resolve issues in their digital transformation.
