Your Job:
- Processing and reviewing expense reports via Emburse
- Supporting the processing and verification of travel expenses and other reimbursements
- Clarifying queries regarding submitted expense reports
- Helping to ensure smooth internal finance processes
- Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field
- Enjoy working with numbers and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Independent and detail-oriented working style
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new digital tools
- Fluent in German and good command of English
