- Best-practice analyses: You identify successful approaches, business models, and current developments and derive relevant insights from them.

- Meeting preparation: You support the content-related preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings.
- Presentations: You create and revise professional PowerPoint presentations and prepare complex content in a clear and compelling way.
- CRM & business development: You support the structured maintenance of our CRM system and keep relevant information and activities up to date.

Your profile:
- Advanced studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable degree program
- Initial practical experience in strategy consulting or business development
- Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong numerical understanding and confidence in developing, modeling, and validating quantitative business cases
- Excellent research skills and the ability to identify, critically assess, and apply best practices to specific questions
- Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel as well as a good sense for presenting information clearly
- A high level of initiative, discretion, and sense of responsibility – particularly when maintaining CRM data and preparing meetings
- Good knowledge of working with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Perplexity
- A professional and reliable manner as well as excellent communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German skills
