Your role as a Senior Manager Solution Engineering:

You lead impactful GenAI transformation projects

• You take end-to-end responsibility for complex client engagements and lead interdisciplinary teams to successful delivery. As a trusted advisor, you work closely with senior stakeholders to shape AI-driven strategies, solution architectures and transformation roadmaps — with a strong focus on Generative AI use cases and scalable enterprise solutions.
• You ensure delivery excellence, drive project quality and actively contribute to building long-term capabilities – both for clients and within Eraneos.

You drive client relationships and business growth

• You build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while helping to win new clients. You proactively bring innovative GenAI and Data & AI topics into strategic discussions and translate emerging technologies into tangible business value.
• You take a leading role in:
  • proposal development and client presentations
  • pitch meetings and strategic pursuits
  • shaping solution offerings and go-to-market initiatives
  • establishing long-term partnerships and strategic accounts

You shape the future of GenAI at Eraneos

• You actively contribute to the development of our Solution Engineering and GenAI capabilities in Germany and across the Eraneos Group. You identify emerging technology trends, evaluate their business potential and help transform them into scalable consulting offerings, accelerators and frameworks.
• You take ownership of strategic topics and help position Eraneos at the forefront of enterprise GenAI innovation.

• You coach and mentor colleagues, help teams grow and foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. Through your leadership, you enable high-performing teams and support consultants in developing their individual strengths and careers.

Who you are

• Extensive experience in consulting, solution engineering or technology-driven transformation programs
• Strong expertise in Data & AI, ideally with hands-on exposure to Generative AI initiatives
• Experience leading complex client engagements and senior stakeholder management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and business development
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Fluent in German (C1), with professional proficiency in English.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• You are willing to work on-site at the client’s premises on a regular basis.
