We are seeking reinforcement for our dynamic team in the quickly expanding field of organizational transformation. Your duties as a (Senior) Manager Organizational Excellence (regardless of gender) center on assisting organizations in their digital transformation process: 

• Driving clients through large-scale digital transformation initiatives, focusing on core topics as agile transformation, lean portfolio management, or data-driven decision making 
• Developing and implementing integrated transformation strategies across key business functions which enables a strong collaborative, cross-divisional and high-performing environment 
• Create and execute change management plans that ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation, focusing on cultural shifts, communication, and stakeholder engagement 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor overarching transformation solutions that address their unique challenges and goals 
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance our transformation footprint 

Who you are

Are you an inquisitive, curious individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses robust social and communication abilities? You have a strong sense of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do attitude, but you also have the following unique qualities:  

• Passion for transformational issues and digitalization 
• Ten plus years of experience in consulting or related fields, with an emphasis on agile, lean, and digital and organizational transformation approaches in addition to sales and account management 
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent Graduate Degree (PhD, MBA, Master’s) 
• Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally agile (e.g. SPC 6.0, SAFe LPM, Agile Coach, SCRUM) as well as transformation and change certificates (e.g. Systemic Coach, ADKAR) 
• Outstanding comprehension of fundamental business procedures 
• Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
• Consultant-typical willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
