Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:

• Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT
• Support in the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies and the corresponding supporting processes (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, HR, etc.)
• Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes
• Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems
• Process organization in the field of IT organization
• Optimization of IT service processes, establishment and introduction of 
  management tools and systems – including Advanced Analytics, Machine 
  Learning and AI
• Planning and Execution of IT Carve Outs and/or Post Merger Integration Programs
• Project and program management using traditional and agile methods
• Active engagement in sales & new business development activities 
  explicitly expected

Who you are

You hold a university degree and have gained a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the consulting industry or in a related field. Furthermore, you believe more in individual excellence than in seniority principles and inflexible corporate structures. 

You are passionate about Digital Transformation, understand generally business processes, and are experienced in one or more disciplines from our portfolio, for instance: IoT, Big Data and Analytics, Service Now, Agile Transformation, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Monetization, DevOps, 5G Infrastructure, Open API, Machine Learning and AI, Digital Twins, Business Modelling, ePayment, SAP S/4, Cloud Computing, Salesforce or similar fields. 

Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• Expert knowledge in MS Power Point and Excel is a must 
• Sound knowledge of consulting methods 
• Experience in one or more areas of our portfolio
• Data Analytics, AI or CyberSec preferred
• Fast and analytical thinker, have strong social and communication skills 
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proven sales and New Business Development track record in Asia
• Preferably existing business network in Singapore
• Certificates in project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) or IT management (e.g. ITIL, Cobit) preferred
• Familiarity with CIO/CTO/CDO Advisory and experience in Post Merger Integration and Sourcing are an additional plus
• Curious, enjoy working and are a natural team player
• Strategic mindset, a hands-on attitude, urge to take on responsibility
• Enjoy working independently and driven to produce results with a minimum amount of supervision
• Business Fluency in English
• Japanese, Mandarin or German is a plus
• Willingness to travel

The position is based in Singapore and you must have the right to work in Singapore to apply.
