A Consultant is the face of Eraneos and a key contributor in fostering a positive relationship to our customers through effective communication and successful delivery of high-quality solutions. You understand and articulate goals and critical success factors for your project, develop concepts and manage the implementation. 

• Advanced development of industry-specific business concepts, process models and technology architectures with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT etc. 
• Supporting the definition and implementation of integrated IT strategies and target architectures, including cloud migration strategies, IT operating models, and the alignment of supporting functions such as procurement, finance, and sourcing 
• Analysis and optimization of IT organizational structures and governance models to improve effectiveness, capabilities, and operational efficiency across platforms, services, and delivery teams
• Design and optimization of IT service management processes and operating procedures, including service transitions, incident and change management, and the introduction of supporting management tools and platforms (e.g. ITSM, monitoring, automation)– including Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and AI 
• Planning and Execution of IT Carve Outs and/or Post Merger Integration Programs
• Active engagement in sales & new business development activities explicitly expected
• Project and program management using traditional and agile methods 

Who you are

You hold a university degree and have gained a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the consulting industry or in a related field. Furthermore, you believe more in individual excellence than in seniority principles and inflexible corporate structures.  

In addition to a high degree of personal initiative, team player ability and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

MUST HAVE

• Expert knowledge in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Sound knowledge of consulting methods and structured problem-solving 
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in application modernisation and cloud migration initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and architectures (public and hybrid), including platform enablement and operational readiness
• Solid knowledge of IT service management and service transition concepts based on ITIL (incident, change, problem, service request, SLA management) 
• Experience with IT target operating models, service integration, and vendor management in complex enterprise environments
• Proven sales and new business development track record in Asia 
• Business fluency in English 
• Willingness to travel

NICE TO HAVE

• Exposure to FinOps, cost optimisation, and financial governance in cloud environments
• Experience in cybersecurity, data platforms, analytics, or automation
• Familiarity with CIO / CTO / CDO advisory, post-merger integration, and sourcing
• Certificates in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum), IT management / Enterprise Architecture (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF) and/or Cloud (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) 
• Preferably an existing professional business network in Singapore 
• Mandarin, Japanese, or German

The position is based in Singapore and you must have the right to work in Singapore to apply.
