Your tasks will include:

• Further development of the financial services industry focus (banking and insurance)
• Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, customer centricity and other innovations
• Support in the development and implementation of integrated strategies and the corresponding supporting processes (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
• Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes
• Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems
• Project and program management using traditional and agile methods
• Expansion of the customer and service portfolio in the financial services area

Who you are

Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
• Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD)
• At least two years of professional experience in a consulting context for financial services (banking, insurance, etc.)
• Strategic mindset
• Excellent understanding of core commercial processes
• Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools
• Ideally project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit)
• Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
• Willingness to travel
• Business fluent in English and German
