Your profile:
- At least four relevant internships (e.g. in a management consultancy and/or in an industrial or service company within our core industries)
- A (very) strong Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- An advanced understanding of the capabilities and limitations of current AI technologies (machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, agents)
- Advanced proficiency in using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, and similar tools)
- Enthusiasm for strategy consulting
- Initiative and commitment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong execution skills and a hands-on mindset
- A confident presence and flexibility
