In your role as Lead Data Engineer you will be working in a dynamic role that puts you in the position of a technical lead responsible for implementing our solutions together with a team of data engineers and data scientists. In this position you will be working with a focus on Azure and our Data Hub and Applied AI solutions. You will get the best algorithm into production, design user stories before implementation, develop data structures and data pipelines. In the past, our team of data specialists have has successfully optimized contract management for financial institutions, developed smart grid systems to manage energy distribution for millions of households, and built AI-driven simulations to reduce train delays across international railway networks. To achieve even greater goals, we need you!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You are able to work on various projects simultaneously (on- & offsite)

• You take the lead in detailed designs and implementation of the project. As a lead, you collaborate with your team of data scientists, engineers, project managers, and sales, making sure business value for our clients is always delivered

• Unit test coverage, Cloud deployment, as well as data storage and data security measures are part of your tasks

• From a customer perspective, you are the technical point of contact responsible for progress, quality, and content. In addition to technically leading the project, you are still actively programming daily within the team.
