As (Senior) Corporate Recruiter Data & AI, you’ll be given ample room to make the role your own, and we’ll actively seek your input on how you can help us realize our growth potential.

Your primary focus will be on recruiting new colleagues. The Data & AI team is diverse, so your search for new talent will be diverse too! In addition to your daily recruitment activities, you’ll contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to work on various strategic aspects of recruitment, such as employment branding, labor market communication, recruitment data, building talent pools and the development of events (e.g., traineeship). You’ll be given freedom and space to make the most of your own experience and expertise and to continue to develop as a (senior) corporate recruiter.
One great aspect of the Eraneos Data & AI team is that your internal stakeholders are genuinely involved in the recruitment process. You and your colleagues will work together to ensure that candidates choose us.

Tasks & responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process: from sourcing, building talent pipelines, screening candidates and interviewing to making offers and negotiating contracts.
    • You’ll coordinate the whole process in close collaboration with your internal stakeholders.
    • You will be involved in various aspects of recruitment: from sourcing to employer branding and marketing recruitment strategy.

As (Senior) Corporate Recruiter, you’ll join the Eraneos Data & AI team in the Netherlands. We combine business understanding, technical knowledge, proven experience and our innovative mindset to activate data. We are driven by a desire to achieve meaningful results, and we prioritize unleashing the full digital potential of data and AI.

We advise on, design, build and deliver data and AI solutions. Our team consists of consultants, data architects, data scientists, data engineers, software engineers and project managers. Each team member has their own area of expertise, but we all share a passion for innovating and solving data problems. We can handle any data & AI challenge, end-to-end, full-stack, using technologies like Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, Elastic, Tensorflow, Sci-Kit learn and Cloud-native components (Azure, AWS) and development languages like Java or Python.

Who are you?

  • Your thinking level is on a Dutch HBO/WO level or equivalent.
  • You have at least five years of relevant experience and are interested in exploring the world of data and AI.
  • Demonstrable experience with the successful sourcing of IT profiles through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms) and setting up and expanding talent pools for scarce target groups is an advantage.
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
  • In addition, you see yourself as enterprising, accurate, open-minded, a self-starter and an excellent communicator.
