In your role as Cloud Data Warehouse (DWH) Architect you will have that technical focus and you can play an important part in supporting customers in their journey to become data driven. Every journey begins with the first step, and the first step in becoming data driven is getting data organized, understanding data and the information it holds. You want to help our customers grow and this is part of that growth journey.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will be involved with the technical design and implementation of (cloud)data warehouses, BI/analytics platforms, databases
  • Alongside that you will be working on the incorporation of DWH’s as part of the larger data landscape
  • You will be actively participating in the migration and innovation of both new and existing (on-premise) data warehouses to modern cloud data platforms
  • You want to make an impact on the technical design and implementation of our solutions.

In your role as Cloud DWH Architect you will be part of the Eraneos Data & AI team in the Netherlands. We combine business understanding, technical knowledge, extensive experience, and our innovative mindset to activate data and turn it into actual value. We are driven by achieving meaningful results and dedicated to unleashing the full potential of digital, and the full potential of Data & AI.

We advise on, design, build, and deliver Data & AI solutions. Our team consists of consultants, data architects, data scientists, data engineers, software engineers and project managers. These professionals each have their own expertise, but also share a passion for solving data problems and innovating. We can handle any data & AI challenge, end-to-end, full-stack, using technologies like Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, Elastic, Tensorflow, Sci-Kit learn and Cloud-native components (Azure, AWS) and development languages like Java or Python.

Who are you?

  • You have a finished Bachelor or Master degree in combination with 5+ years of working experience on DBA/DWH Architecture level
  • Due to your hands-on experience working as a Cloud Architect /engineer you possess good knowledge on several Cloud technologies, cloud data platforms and (traditional) data warehouses
  • That hands-on experience also counts for your experience with different database platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, etc.
  • A good understanding of the role & position of DWH’s in organization comes with your interest for modern data platforms, but you are also not bothered by reviewing the more traditional DWH technologies.
  • You speak fluent Dutch AND English (must have!)
  • You consider yourself to be independent, entrepreneurial, accurate, communicative and open-minded.
